Incident Communications, Managed Together

One workspace. The right people. A clear approval record.

CommsPliant brings internal teams and invited external partners into one workspace to prepare, review and approve customer communications during an incident.

During a broadband outage, Network Operations, Communications and a contractor may each hold information needed for the customer update. They need to check the technical facts, explain which services are affected and agree how to communicate the latest restoration estimate.

In CommsPliant, they review the same proposed email. They can comment, request changes and approve the wording. Your organisation chooses who participates, what they can access and which approvals are required. The person who created or edited a version cannot approve their own work.

Once the required approvals are complete, the email can be generated and, where sending is configured, sent from CommsPliant.

Changes, comments and approval decisions are recorded automatically, showing who took each action and when. The CommsPliant Evidence Vault connects that history to the generation record, keeping the approved wording and the record of its use together.

Your team checks the facts and decides what customers should be told. CommsPliant keeps the wording, review and approval history connected.

Less time coordinating. One controlled version. Evidence recorded as you work.
