Who we are
CommsPliant is a product developed and managed by Alpha Creative Solutions. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information submitted through the CommsPliant landing page at commspliant.com.
What information we collect
When you register interest through our form, we collect:
- Your name and work email address
- Your company name, role and industry (optional)
- Your answers to the optional questions about your current workflow and communication challenges
- Whether you have consented to being contacted
We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, or any sensitive personal data.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Contact you about CommsPliant product validation, early access and design partner opportunities, where you have given consent
- Understand the needs of regulated businesses to help shape the product
We will not use your information for any other purpose, and we will not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent checkbox on the interest form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see below).
How long we keep your data
We retain your information for as long as it is relevant to the CommsPliant early access programme, or until you ask us to delete it. If the product does not proceed, we will delete all collected data.
Cookies
This site uses a functional session cookie to process your interest form submission. It is deleted when you close your browser.
We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how visitors use the site. Google may set cookies such as _ga to distinguish visitors and collect anonymised usage data. See Google's privacy policy for details. We do not use advertising or other third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time

Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to the CommsPliant team. We use industry-standard measures to protect it from unauthorised access or disclosure.
