Outage notification approval
Review the wording of notices explaining which internet, voice or mobile services are affected, the restoration estimate where available and when another update is expected.
Telecom customer communication management
An outage estimate changes. A tariff notice needs a new paragraph. Your teams need to agree what customers will be told.
CommsPliant gives internet, fixed-line telephone and mobile providers one controlled workspace to prepare customer emails, PDFs and letters, approve the wording and keep an audit-ready record of which approved version was generated.
Review the wording of notices explaining which internet, voice or mobile services are affected, the restoration estimate where available and when another update is expected.
Explain changes to plans, packages or charges, when they take effect and where customers can find the details, using information supplied by your existing systems.
Prepare notices covering network maintenance, its expected impact on connectivity or calls and any action customers need to take.
Manage recurring messages about renewals, account changes and other service information through a defined communication process.
Network Operations, Communications, Compliance and invited contractors can contribute where their input is needed. Your organisation decides who participates, what they can access and whose approval is required.
An authorised editor updates the template and records the reason for the change. Earlier versions remain in the history.
Participants check the same proposed version, comment and request changes. A person who created or edited it cannot approve their own work.
The connected system supplies the template identifier and required data. CommsPliant uses the latest approved version available at generation time.
Your team checks the facts and decides what customers should be told.
The pricing data is already available. The remaining task is to update a paragraph. Once the relevant template and systems are connected, authorised users can make supported wording changes through the agreed workflow without an application code deployment. Engineering continues to handle new integrations, calculations and data requirements. Your existing systems retain responsibility for customer selection and operational decisions.
When a customer queries a notice or an auditor asks what was used, your team can trace the generated communication back to its approved template version.
The CommsPliant Evidence Vault connects the change history, reviewer comments and approval decisions to the generation record. Authorised teams can see who changed and approved the wording, when they did so, which approved version was used, when the communication was generated and its recorded integrity hash.
Generating an email does not prove it was sent or delivered. Those records depend on information returned by the configured sending system.
Customer emails, PDFs and letters. SMS, status-page updates and automated phone messages can continue through your existing tools.
No. CommsPliant works alongside existing systems through an agreed integration. Sending can remain with your current setup or be handled through CommsPliant where configured.
Where enabled, AI Enhance can assist with template wording using placeholders. It does not operate on rendered, personalised customer content. People accept, edit or reject its suggestions; AI cannot approve, publish or send communications.
The default evidence model records an integrity hash rather than retaining the complete rendered document. Full-document retention, where required, is agreed as part of the client setup.
