Business and Operations can manage approved wording changes without depending on developer time for every update. Engineering connects through the API and retains control of integrations and data. Compliance remains part of the release process, with changes reviewed and approved before they go live.

CommsPliant manages approved communication templates, version history, generation and evidence in one controlled workflow — using data connected via API, or uploaded directly as Excel/CSV recipient data using an approved template, for teams without system integration.
Every generated communication is recorded in the CommsPliant Vault with its Record ID, timestamp, approved version and supporting evidence.
Storage is not control. The Vault keeps approval history and communication evidence connected.
Sending can remain with your existing systems, or CommsPliant can handle delivery directly.
